When designing your new home we believe it is paramount that we adopt into the design principles such as Solar Orientation, Traffic Flow, Energy Efficiency, Aspect, furniture placement, interaction between indoor and outdoor space, kitchen work flow, Acoustic Separation, minimizing heating/cooling costs, cross flow ventilation and natural lighting.
The Government has introduced a Residential Development Code which means you can now obtain Council Consent in as little as 7 days from lodging complete documentation and plans.
Work with our other departments we are able to provide estimates of Building costs prior to commencing your plans so that there are no nasty surprises down the road and helping you keep your dream home or project under budget.
